To request a return, please complete the form on the following page. Upon submission, you will receive an email confirming your request. A member of our Customer Care team will then provide you with a unique Return Authorization number and further instructions. Please note that returns received at our warehouse without a Return Authorization will not be accepted.

 

You have 7 days from the date you received your order to request a return.

 

Please all items are in their original condition, unused, unmarked, and with all tags and seals attached.

 

We reserve the right to reject late returns or items that are not in their original condition.
